Track Session: Athlone Institute of Technology, Wednesdays, 7.30pm (All fitness levels catered for)

Cross-Country Running Session, AIT , meet behind the astro turf , Saturdays, 9:45am. (run at your own pace)

 

Cycling:    Cycle is moving to Sunday at 10am leaving from ARSC

Group Cycle / Shannonside CC Sunday Spin: From Athlone Regional Sports Centre, Sundays, 10am. (All fitness levels catered for)

 

Swimming:

Pool Swim Session: Athlone Regional Sports Centre, Tuesdays 9.15pm. Please check with the Sports Centre regarding latest availability.

Open Water Swim Session: Coosan Point, this session will recommence on Friday evenings in May. Keep an eye on messageboard.
