From the ladies at registration, the friendly lady at number six lane , to the ladies and gentlemen at the start of the cycle race to the lads and the garda at the first bridge out, to the two supporting ATC crew directing us at the church turn , and to those who were at the crossroads, and the run home to finish was even more supportive the two gentlemen at the run turn and the ladies at the petrol station a million thanks to you all.
All athletes appreciated everything you have done to make this event run smoothly.
Laura's son was just so kind to all of us I even got two hugs.
